• To provide flexibility, bookings made with this plan will be permitted a one-time change to an AFS program without an additional fee.
• Change fees are waived. No waiver is required. Please follow the standard exchange process, and the charge will be $0.
• For AFS clients who have paid for this policy and are unable to attend the showcase, change allowance for AFS will be allowed for any one (1) of the next two (2) upcoming showcases that AFS provides.
• If AFS package costs increase within the change allowance period stated above, clients need to pay the difference in cost.
• AFS has full authority over this policy issued and the policy may be void at the Company's option if the player does not re-register with minimum two (2) months prior to one (1) of the two (2) upcoming showcases AFS provides. Late registration will not be accepted. Re-registration is limited to one (1) time only for the same program. 
• Program upgrades at an additional cost difference are allowed. Program downgrades are not allowed.
• This insurance does NOT cover clients whom contract covid-19.  

All written information provided in the  application/payment page, or any formal questionnaire or other confirmation signed by you in conjunction with this application, and statements and answers are so made to AFS LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and are full, complete, true and correct, and shall form the basis of the contract of Worry-Free Application. Upon purchase of this item you understand and agree that the Company, believing them to be such, will rely and act on them. If the information given is not full, true and/or complete, any policy issued may be void at the Company's option.

Upon purchase you hereby irrevocably authorize AFS LLC and/or its affiliates to fully release any personal information collected or held by them to the Company for the purpose of this Worry-Free Policy/or for the matters stated in item (c) below.

Any personal information collected or held by the company (whether contained in this application or otherwise obtained)  may be held, used and disclosed by the Company to individuals, service providers and organizations associated with AFS or any other selected third parties (within or outside of Thailand, including insurance, reinsurance and claims investigation companies and industry associations) for the purpose of processing this application and providing subsequent service for this and other financial products and services, direct marketing and data matching, and to communicate with AFS for such purposes. You understand that AFS has the right to obtain access to and to request correction of any personal information held by the AFS concerning me/us. Such request can be made to any of the company's Customer care team.

Furthermore, you hereby irrevocably authorize any organization, institution or individual that has any records or knowledge of this information shall be binding / the Proposed Assured, successors and assigns, and remain valid, notwithstanding /the proposed Assured. A copy of this authorization shall be as valid as the original.

Coverage applies only within the country of event and showcase cover is only limited to AFS Events.
